Psychotherapy Services
I provide in person psychotherapy for adults and teens navigating complex trauma and OCD. Using compassionate, somatic and trauma informed interventions, I help clients process experiences, understand patterns, and build a life aligned with their values.
My practice is currently near capacity, and I am scheduling new client appointments approximately 2 months in advance for in-person sessions only in North Phoenix. I continue to offer consultation calls to connect, answer questions, and explore whether we’d be a good fit. If timing doesn’t align, I’m happy to provide referrals.
